These Loyalty & Rewards Program Terms (the “Program Terms”) govern participation in the OUTRIQ Loyalty & Rewards Program (the “Program”). The Program is offered by OUTRIQ & CO, doing business as OUTRIQ (“OUTRIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
The Program may allow eligible customers to earn or receive promotional store credits, discounts, free-item offers, free-cup claims, or other benefits (collectively, “Rewards”).
Rewards are promotional benefits provided at OUTRIQ’s discretion. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, they are not cash, wages, deposits, bank funds, stored-value accounts, gift cards, gift certificates, or customer property.
The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use by eligible customers. OUTRIQ may limit participation to one Program account per person, household, email address, device, payment method, delivery address, or other identifier where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse.
OUTRIQ may issue store credits through the Program, promotions, referrals, customer-service resolutions, or other offers identified by us. Store credits:
The availability, value, method, timing, and conditions of a Reward will be shown in the relevant offer or checkout flow. OUTRIQ may reverse or cancel store credits or Rewards obtained through fraudulent transactions, errors, or breaches of these Program Terms.
An eligible order is a completed order that includes at least one product other than a gift card. Payment must have settled, and the order still counts after it is shipped or delivered.
An order that contains only gift cards does not earn cashback, a loyalty stamp, promotional store credit, or a free-cup Reward. An order that contains a gift card together with at least one other product does count. Cashback on a mixed order is calculated on the product portion only.
Where the Program offers a free-cup claim or free-cup reward, the Reward provides a discount of up to $30.00 USD toward one eligible cup. The Reward is earned from every 10 eligible orders. Orders that contain only gift cards do not count toward those 10 orders.

You may not sell, trade, auction, or transfer Rewards; use Rewards for commercial resale; create multiple accounts; or use automated tools or scripts to manipulate the Program.
OUTRIQ may modify, pause, suspend, or discontinue the Program, specific Rewards, or redemption rules at any time, subject to applicable law.
